摘要:本文针对燃烧再生式柴油机颗粒物捕集系统的需求和特点,设计并实现了基于MC9S12P128单片机的控制系统。该系统使用结构化设计方法,由主控单元、显示单元、标定单元三大部分组成。主控单元实现传感器的信号采集及执行器的驱动功能,通过再生触发策略及温度闭环策略实现燃烧再生;显示单元通过CAN总线与主控单元相连,实时显示系统工作状态,并可进行声光警示,配备的按键提供人工操作功能;标定单元通过CAN通讯可实现上位机对控制单元参数实时显示、读取、修改、存储,并可进行程序更新。该控制器已在部分城市柴油车尾气治理上得到应用。

Abstract: According to the requirements and characteristics of burning regeneration diesel particulate filter system, design and implement a control system based on MC9S12P128MQK single chip microcomputer. The system uses a structured design method, including three parts: Control unit, Display unit, and Calibration unit. The control unit collects information from sensors and drive actors, through the regeneration of the trigger strategy and temperature closed loop strategy to achieve combustion regeneration; the display unit can display the system real-time working condition, have sound and light alarm function and provide manual operation by the key, which is connected to the control unit by CAN bus communication; the calibration unit through CAN bus communication can realize PC to controller parameters real-time display, read, modify, storage, and program update. The controller has been applied to the control of diesel exhaust in some cities.
