摘要:为分析气门实际落座过程中的刚度问题,用气门落座接触试验,分别测量气门静态接触刚度、模拟气门落座碰撞过程动态刚度和实际配气机构工作过程中动态刚度。试验结果表明气门落座过程是一个非线性过程,气门与座圈接触刚度不是定常值,而是随落座速度增大而增大。

Abstract: To analysis the problem of contact stiffness during the valve seating actually, the valve seating contact test measured the valve static contact stiffness, the dynamic stiffness of valve seating impact simulated and the dynamic stiffness of valve train actual working. The results showing that the valve seating process is a nonlinear process. The valve and valve seat contact stiffness is not a steady-state value, but increases with increasing valve landing velocity.
