摘要:对某款柴油车1、2档急加速过程中产生的增压器哨声异响现象进行了机理分析,采用LMS Test Lab软件对增压器进行了噪声测试。理论和测试结果分析表明增压器产生哨声异响的原因为不平衡量引起的同步噪声和油膜涡动引起的亚同步噪声。通过对增压器转子系统不平衡量进行控制,并利用Dyrobes软件对增压器浮环轴承的内外间隙进行优化,采取以上措施有效控制了增压器哨声异响的产生。

Abstract:Generation mechanism of whistle noise of turbocharger in 1、2 gear quick accelerating process was analyzed at one diesel engine car. The whistle noise was measured using LMS Test Lab on the turbocharger. According to theory and measured results, the source of the whistle noise was concluded to be the synchronous noise caused by unbalance of the shaft and the subsynchronous noise caused by oil whirl. By reducing unbalance of the turbocharger shaft system and applying Dyrobes software to design the outer and inner clearance of the floating-ring bearing,the whistle noise of the turbocharger was effectively controlled.
