摘要:采用CFD软件Fluent对某六缸柴油机冷却系统的流动和传热进行了数值模拟,对冷却水腔的流动性能进行了分析评估,结果表明,缸盖水腔局部区域流动分布较差,对此作出了相应的结构改进,改进后的缸盖水腔内流动和传热得到了改善。对改进后的模型建立了流体与固体之间的流固耦合传热模型,考虑了沸腾传热对缸盖温度场的影响,结果表明,水腔的沸腾传热有效降低了缸盖火力面鼻梁区和排气道侧的高温。

Abstract: In this paper, simulation on the flow and heat transfer of cooling water jacket in Cylinder head for a six-cylinder diesel engine was performed by using CFD software Fluent. The flow performance of cooling system was analyzed and evaluated. The result show that the flow distribution in local regional of the water jacket for cylinder head is bad. For this problem, the optimization of structure was made. The flow and heat transfer performance was improved after the optimization. A coupled fluid-solid model for the optimized water jacket was established. Considering the effect of boiling heat transfer,it was found that boiling heat transfer effectively reduced the high temperature of the bridge zone of cylinder head and exhaust port.
