摘要:本文基于三维CFD软件CONVERGE建立了三维动网格并选择合适的湍流模型、喷雾模型、燃烧模型进行了某船用柴油机缸内燃烧过程三维数值模拟,并主要分析了喷油器伸出距离、喷孔锥角、喷油持续期等对其缸内燃烧过程主要参数的影响,从而发现喷油器伸出距离为2mm、喷孔锥角为150°以及喷油持续期为20°时此船用柴油机缸内油气混合较好,燃烧效率较高。

Abstract:The paper is based on the three dimensional CFD software CONVERGE to set up moving grid and select the appropriate turbulence model, spray model and combustion model to conduct three-dimensional numerical simulation of cylinder-combustion for a marine diesel engine. And the impact of extending the distance of the injector, spray cone angle, injection duration to main parameters of cylinder combustion process are analyzed. Thus it is concluded that reasonable injectors is important to the efficiency of combustion chamber.
