摘要:本文开发了一套基于CAN总线技术的电子风扇控制器标定软件,通过标定软件可以实现各传感器信号、风扇转速动电流、控制器及风扇运行故障信息等多项参数的监测和存储;接收的各种参数可以通过数字及曲线等多种方式进行显示,方便实验人员的操作。通过软件可以给控制器发送配置参数,在线修改控制策略及控制参数。通过软件的手动控制功能,方便的实现系统各组成部件的功能测试。利用开发的软件对电子风扇控制器进行了标定,结果表明开发的软件使用方便,功能完善,满足电子风扇控制器开发的需要。

Abstract: Calibration software for electronic fan controller based on CAN bus is developed in the paper. Information such as temperature sensor signal, running speed of fans, drive current of controller, fault information of controller and fans can be received and stored using the calibration software. All the information received by the calibration software can be displayed in different ways, in order to facilitate operation of users. Configuration and control parameters can be sent to controller using the calibration software, so control strategy and parameter can be adjusted easily. Function of parts can be tested using manual operation function of the calibration software. Electronic fan controller is calibrated using the software and results show that it is easily to use the software. The software can meet the requirement of electronic fan controller development.
