摘要:本文阐述了发动机燃油喷射系统中油嘴偶件、柱塞偶件和出油阀偶件等配合间隙测量系统。在气动测量基础上创新开发。该系统由机械自动测量装置、数据处理模块和工业PC机及测量控制软件构成,实现多参数的快速测量、分组及SPC统计与分析,提高了偶件的插配精度和生产效率,对改善喷油燃烧过程和节能减排有一定的作用。

Abstract: This paper expounds the engine fuel injection system in the nozzle assemblies, the plunger and valve clearance measurement system etc. Innovation development based on pneumatic gauging . The system is made up by mechanical automatic measurement device, data processing module , Industrial PC and measurement control software. It will carry out Quick measurement, grouping and SPC. It raises precision about the size of couple and productivity effect. To improve the fuel injection combustion process and energy-saving emission reduction have a certain role.
