摘要:电子风扇能有效提高发动机冷却系统的性能,具有广阔的应用前景。本文根据电子风扇控制器调试及出厂测试的功能需求,提出了一种调试装置的完整实现方案。提出了调试所需各模拟信号的产生方法,设计了调试装置各功能模块的电路图,开发了各模块的软件程序,完成了整个装置的安装。通过实际的使用对调试装置的功能进行了考核,使用效果表明提出的装置性能稳定、功能完善,能够满足使用要求。

Abstract: The electronic control cooling fans can obviously improve the performance of an engine cooling system and has a prosperous application in the future. In the paper, a solution of the commissioning system is proposed according to the requirements of functions for the commissioning and the delivery test of electronic control cooling fan controllers. The paper provided a method how to produce analog signal, designed the circuit diagram of all functional models as well as the programs for them and did the installation for the whole system. The commissioning system is verified practically. The results showed that the system had performed stably in compliance with the related requirements.
