摘要:发动机前端的链轮室、链轮室盖板是主要噪声源之一,本文首先采用有限元分析优化方案的振动频率,再以振动试验检测实际优化的结果,以此形成一个闭环。结果表明,在大平面类盖板上增加螺栓固定,增加交叉加强筋可以有效的提高共振频率,降低噪音辐射。

Abstract: One of the main noise sources is from the sprocket room and timing cover in front end of the engine. The article analyzed the optimization plan on vibration frequency using the finite element and tests its practical effect. The results showed that the resonant frequency was improved and the noise radiation was reduced because bolts applied on a big cover and reinforced cross ribs could increase the resonant frequency and reduce noise radiation.
