摘要:为解决代用燃料与传统汽油机燃烧室匹配过程中出现的问题,详细分析燃烧系统优化的主要途径,并采用FIRE数值模拟软件,对目标模型的燃烧室进行模拟分析与改进。模拟结果用以对比两种不同燃烧室燃烧中,湍动能、火焰传播与形成过程的差异,结果表明改进后燃烧系统的燃烧性能得到明显改善。最后,通过台架试验实测数据与数值模拟结果进行正确性比对,全面验证整机动力性、经济性的改善,达到燃烧系统优化的目的。

Abstract:To solve the matching problems between alternative fuels and the traditional gasoline engine combustion chamber, we analyzed many different optimization methods for the system in details. According to the simulation and analysis on the target model combustion system by FIRE numerical simulation software, the simulation results were used to confirm the gap in turbulence kinetic energy, the spreading and formation process of flame between two different combustions. The conclusion showed that combustion performance was obviously improved after combustion system being improved. Being compared to the data from the engine bench test, the correctness of the nume-rical simulation method was verified. The improvement of the whole system in power and economy performance was verified, achieving in optimizing the combustion system.
