摘要:缸内直喷二冲程发动机实现均质燃烧的主要问题是在过早喷油时会导致燃油逃逸的现象发生,因此本文采用旋流喷油器,配合高转速,利用AVL-FIRE软件模拟形成近化学计量比的混合气实现均质燃烧。模拟了均质燃烧过程中混合气形成及不同点火时刻燃烧放热率、缸温缸压等随曲轴的变化,结果表明:高转速大负荷下,在ABDC15°CA喷射,BTDC15°CA点火,可以实现均质燃烧模式,从而达到提高发动机热效率和降低排放的目的。

Abstract: The main problem that occurs in the direct-injection two-stroke spark ignition gasoline engine with homogeneous combustion is that earlier injection may cause the fuel to escape. Therefore, using a swirl injector, this paper simulates mixture gas near stoichiometric rate with AVL –FIRE soft ware to achieve homogeneous combustion. Also, it simulates gas formation, heat release at different ignition times and cylinder temperature and cylinder pressure change versus crankshaft. The results show that the engine operating at high load and high speed can achieve homogeneous combustion when it injects at ABDC15°CA and ignites at BTDC15°CA, improving the thermal efficiency of the engine an reducing emissions.
