摘要:本文采用稳态计算模式,使用k-zeta-f湍流模型以及多孔介质模型,分别对排气歧管的两种设计方案进行了仿真分析。通过CFD计算,得到了排气系统内流场的压力损失以及催化器载体前端的气流分布,结果证明,方案二各项指标均优于方案一。

Abstract: Using steady calculation mode, k-zeta-f turbulence model and porous media model, this paper did a CFD analysis on two kinds of exhaust manifolds, obtaining the Pressure loss of the internal flow-field in the exhaust system and gas flow distribution in front of the catalyst substrate by CFD. The results showed that No. 2 design scheme was better than No. 1 scheme.
