摘要:配气机构作为发动机的重要组成部分,其设计质量的优劣将直接影响发动机的技术性能、工作可靠和平稳性。对配气机构进行运动学分析和动力学分析成为研究的重点,也是提高配气机构性能的关键。本文针对某船舶用四气门柴油机,建立了其配气机构的运动学和动力学模型,并结合Pro/E建模及有限元分析确定了模型参数,进行了运动学和动力学仿真计算,完成了配气机构运动学和动力学的分析,为配气机构动态性能的评价和优化提出了理论依据。

Abstract: As an important part of an engine, the valve train is closely related with the economic performance, reliability and vibration performance of the engine. Kinematics analysis and dynamic analysis, which are key points to improve the performance of the valve train, are considerably researched. Basing on a four valve diesel engine, this paper builds the kinematics model and dynamic model using FEA and Pro/E, determining the kinematics and dynamic performance of the valve train, performing the simulation calculation and analysis and providing the theory evidences on the evaluation and optimization for the dynamic performance of the valve train.
