摘要:本文介绍了包括燃油喷射、液力控制、电力驱动和静态泄漏功耗在内的电磁式共轨喷油器的四种类型功耗以及导致这些功耗的原因。针对电磁式喷油器功耗,提出了理论结合试验的功耗评估方法。在最大扭矩点评估了某量产发动机电磁式共轨喷油器的功耗及其对发动机油耗的影响,通过降低喷油器功耗使发动机燃油消耗率降低的幅度不超过0.5 g/(kWh)。提出的功耗评估方法可用于柴油机高压共轨燃油系统匹配中。

Abstract: This paper introduced four kinds of power consumption of solenoid injectors for high pressure common rail system, including fuel injection, hydraulic control, electronic control and static leakage power consumption, and present what caused these power consumptions. As for power consumption of solenoid injectors, the evaluation methods by experiments in combination with theory were proposed. This paper evaluated the power consumption of solenoid injectors and its influence on the brake specific fuel consumption of a diesel engine in large production when it is at the maximum torque operation point. The improvement of brake specific fuel consumption by reducing power consumption of injectors is less than 0.5 g/(kWh). The evaluation method for injector power consumption can be applied in matching of the high pressure common rail fuel injection system of diesel engines.
