摘要:柴油机是复杂的能量转换系统,其数字化设计技术涵盖了计算机辅助设计、仿真模拟及可视化等多方面的内容。通过VB界面,调用AutoCAD内部的绘图程序以及Matlab/Simulink软件,可以实现柴油机缸内工作过程计算、分析,以及机体CAD绘图的一体化运行。结合数据库技术实现参数和计算结果的存储和读取,使柴油机结构参数优化以及性能分析更加高效。

Abstract:A diesel engine is a complicated energy conversion device. The digital design technology for diesel engines include the computer-aided design, simulation, visualization and many others. Through VB interface and the drawing program inside AutoCAD and Matlab/Simulink software, the integration of cylinder working process calculation & analysis and the CAD drawing of the cylinder body can be achieved. Reading data and results that are in stored in the database technology store, we optimized structure parameters and did analysis more efficiently.
