摘要:曲轴与凸轮轴作为发动机的关键的两大核心零件,其加工精度和表面质量对使用有很大的影响。曲轴与凸轮轴表面在机械加工后会留下不同程度的粗糙表面及各种各样的缺陷,如表面凸凹不平、棱边残缺、飞边毛刺、磕碰划伤、微观裂纹等,这不仅影响零件本身的质量,而且也影响产品整机的装配精度、性能和使用寿命。现一种通过硬质颗粒与零件进行相对碰撞运动的自由滚磨光整加工,很好的解决曲轴与凸轮轴等轴类零件的光整加工。

Abstract:Crankshaft
and camshaft as a key engine of the two core parts, the machining precision and
surface quality has a great influence on the use of. Defects of crankshaft and
camshaft surface will leave a rough surface and a variety of different degree
in mechanical processing, such as surface uneven, incomplete, edge burr, bump
scratch, micro cracks, which affects not only the quality of the parts itself,
but also affect the assembly accuracy, performance and service life of the
product of the whole machine. now through a hard particles and parts for the
relative collision finishing rolling motion of the free, finishing well solve
the crankshaft and cam shaft of shaft parts.
