摘要:本文通过对玉柴YC6MK系列空压机传动装置故障件分析,找出空压机曲轴凸缘、十字传动套磨损、断裂原因,在不改变原有传动装置装配空间的条件下,通过优化空压机曲轴凸缘、十字传动套材料、表面热处理、结构、润滑方式,将原空压机输出扭矩由50N.m提高到85N.m,满足对大流量、大压力转向泵驱动,优化的空压机传动装置已批量装机应用在玉柴YC6MK、YC6A、YC6L、YC6G等系列发动机上。

Abstract:Through analysing the failure parts of the air compressor
drive device of
Yuchai’s YC6MK series,we found the reason why the Air compressor crankshaft
flange and the Cross transmission sleeve wore down and fractured.By optimizing
the material, surface
heat treatment, structure
and lubricating mode of the air compressor crankshaft flange and the cross
transmission sleeve.,the Air
compressor output torque can promoted from 50N.m to 85N.m to drive the steering pump which is of
large flow and high pressure. Now a great deal of the optimized air compressor
drive device is
applied to some of the yuchai series such as YC6MK,YC6A,YC6L,YC6G and so on.
