摘要:随着我国近年来对环境保护的重视程度越来越高,为了更好的利用地球能源,减少能源消耗,提升利用效率,各种类型燃气发电机组的利用日益广泛,机组功率也在不断提升。因此,对既可以表征机组工作状态和燃烧过程,又可以作为研究动力学特性依据的缸内燃烧压力的精确测量和有效分析是十分重要的。本文通过对12V190型燃气发电机组的缸内压力、曲轴转角信号进行采样,进而形成不同的燃烧压力曲线,同时获得包括示功图,循环变动率,压力升高率,最大爆发压力等多种参数,还可通过气缸压缩线法确定气缸上止点,确定出机组缸内最大压力发生时刻以及气缸放热所经过的曲轴转角时刻,从而对内燃机缸内燃烧情况进行实际监测及有效分析。

Abstract:With

the unit power is also rising. Thus, the characterization of both the state and
the combustion process unit, and as a research basis for in-cylinder combustion
