摘要:本设备属于低压稳流型发动机气道试验台,采用叶片涡流计,具有以下特点:1.全自动完成缸盖定位之后的试验流程,操作简便,人工干预少。2.PLC控制双轴伺服进给系统,精确自动控制缸盖进给和气门升程。3.PID算法控制试验台风量调节系统,快速准确调整气道压降。4.测试重复精度和测试效率高,每缸3点与每缸12点测试结果相当。5.试验灵活性高,可以随时中断当前试验流程,任意选缸进行测试。6.测试全程实现智能模糊控制,人机界面友好。

Abstract: It is a low voltage and
stationary flow test bench for engine intake port,and the paddle wheel is
fitted.It features: 1.Test is carried out automatically following the test flow
after the cylinder head is located,so it is easy to operate.2.Double shaft
servo feed system by PLC to control accurately and automatically feed of
cylinder head and valve lift.3.To control air flow adjusting system on the test
bench with PID to adjust the pressure drop in intake port.4.It has high test
precision and efficiency.The test results is same.5.Flexible test method make
it impossible to interrupt test flow and to select other cylinder to test.6.The
test is controlled with Intelligent fuzzy technology.
