    摘要：对内燃机气门的失效方式和原因作了较为广泛的分析,所分析的失效方式有断裂、掉块、腐蚀、偏磨等。而断裂是对气门威胁最大的失效方式,导致失效的原因有制造工艺、安装使用不当等。为了防止气门的失效,要根据服役条件采取相应的对策。

    Abstract: In this paper,valve invalidation and its possibilities are analyzed widely.It is showed that cracking,breaking off,eroding,eccentric wearing is the critical dangerous on valve,which is caused by machining technology,improper installation,etc.Necessary measures should be taken for preventing from valve invalidation referring to the servicing conditions.
