摘要:柴油机的转矩—转速特性曲线变化比较平坦,与电涡流测功机的转速—转矩特性曲线不能良好匹配,由电涡流测功机组成的柴油机测控系统在柴油机速度特性试验中容易出现转速不稳、悠车甚至熄火等问题。本文提出了一种以模拟、数字PID混合控制方式调整电涡流测功机的制动转矩。经试验验证,这种控制方法可以在柴油机工作转速范围内较稳定、准确地控制柴油机的转速,减少了转速波动,消除了悠车、熄火等问题。

Abstract: The torque-speed performance
curve of diesel engine shows smoothly,which is incompatible with the
torque-speed performance curve of the eddy current dynamometer.During the speed
performance test of the diesel engine,the monitoring and controlling system
consisting of diesel engine and eddy current dynamometer has these problems
including unstable speed,high speed fluctuating and no igniting.The method of
analog/digital PID is given to adjust break torque of eddy current
dynamometer.By experiments,the method is verified that it can control speed
preciously and stably within the speed range and low speed fluctuation.The
problems are eliminated.
