摘要:质量管理(QM)体系是我国普遍采用的一种质量管理体系,国内对其的研究较为广泛,现在已形成整套完整的理论体系。质量管理QM体系分为质量保证QA和质量控制QC两部分,现在在多数企业中对质量保证QA(Quality Assurance)的概念认识产生误区,导致质量管理的理念、目的和机构设置等方面出现偏差,许多企业运行质量保证(QA)仅仅是出于产品,满足质量监督和认证工作的要求,只是企业对外提供质量满足要的“证据”。本文就质量保证的概念提出新的看法,表明QA质量保证不仅仅局限于提供“证据”,而应该是一种先期预防和控制的质量管理先进理念,是一种提高产品质量、保证产品品质的有效方法,是一种实现企业“零废品”的有效手段。

Abstract: Quality Management(QM) System is
implemented popularly all over country.With further research,a complete
theoretical system on quality system has been formed.QM system is consisted of
quality assurance(QA) and quality control(QC).For deficient recognition,at
present,there are some misunderstanding of QA in many enterprises,resulting in
deviations in conception,objectives and organization of QM.Many enterprises
carry out QA only for products to meet demands of quality supervision and
certification or to provide evidences necessary for quality satisfaction.The
paper gives new opinions that QA does not only provide the evidences and also
an conception of QM to take preventive measures or give control at advance.It
shall be an effective measure to improve and guarantee product quality without
waste products.
