摘要:当前,有限元分析技术在发动机零部件设计过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用,它不仅缩短了设计周期,而且也大大提高了设计精度。连杆是发动机中重要零件,也是易发生故障的零件,目前对它的设计、分析已广泛地采用有限元法。本文旨在应用有限元技术对195柴油机连杆进行静力分析,以研究连杆在不同情况下的应力、应变状态及其危险部位,为连杆的改进和设计提供可靠的依据。

Abstract: At present,finite element
analysis technique has been playing a more and more important role while
designing of engine components.It can not only shorten design cycle,but also
improve design accuracy.Connecting rod is one of the most important components
of an engine,but also it is easy to be failed,which has been widely designed by
using finite element analysis technique.This paper is to do an analysis of
static strength of the connecting rod of 195 diesel engine to evaluate the
stress and strain and the dangerous sectors of the connecting rod under
different conditions.It can provide reliable information for the design and
improvement of the connecting rod.
