摘要:在船用柴油机减排方面,尾气后处理起到了重要作用。柴油机尾气中NOx和PM的处理技术也越来越成熟,在实践中也获得良好的效果。物理、化学多种处理手段结合使用,各处理方法的应用也使得尾气处理装置基本满足尾气的处理要求,同时降低装置能耗和运行成本,提高了综合处理能力。本文结合部分研究内容介绍了船舶尾气PM和NOx的处理技术及催化处理的发展现状。

Abstract: After-treatment technology for
engine exhaust gas plays an important role to reduce marine diesel engine
emissions.The treatment technology for NOx and PM in exhaust gas becomes mature
and effective in practice.Using physical and chemical methods,advanced
treatment devices can treat exhaust gas,ensuring engines to meet emission
requirements,reducing energy consumption and operating costs.This paper
introduced methods to treat marine engine exhaust gas and discussed the
development status of catalytic process.
