摘要:数控加工的自动编程是当今编程方法的发展方向,本文针对异形销孔非圆曲线型线数控加工上存在的问题,利用UG软件的Modeling/Curve和CAM功能作为辅助加工的方法,自动生成加工程序源文件,进行后置处理后,转化为数控机床系统可识别的ISO数控加工代码程序。该自动编程方法效率高、周期短、使用方便,为活塞异形销孔非圆曲线型线的加工提供了一种行之有效的方法。

Abstract: Automatic programming of CNC
machining is a trend at present.With the help of CAM and Modeling/Curve in UG software
regarding problems in machining noncircular pin hole profile and,source files
of machining program generates automatically and then are converted into ISO
CNC code program which may be identified by CNC machine system after background
treatment.The auto program processing is efficient,convenient and consumes
short period so it is valuable to machine the piston pin hole profile.
