摘要:当前焦炉煤气发动机作为体现可燃气体利用的动力设备得到了一定的发展和应用,然而进气回火一直是焦炉煤气发动机在运行过程中一种最常见且难以避免的现象,它可以导致燃气发动机运行不稳定、缸排温度升高、功率下降等现象发生,进气回火严重时,可以导致烧坏中冷器、进气管炸裂等一系列安全问题的发生。因此解决进气回火问题是焦炉煤气发动机进一步发展和应用的关键技术难题之一。本文分析了焦炉煤气发动机进气回火原因,并介绍了防回火缸盖结构和原理,以及防回火缸盖的设计,同时对防回火缸盖技术在焦炉煤气发动机作用和效果进行分析。

Abstract: Coking gas engine as the
power machinery equipment burning the combustible gas is certain being utilized
and developed but engine fireback always occurs unavoidably while the coking
gas engine is operatin.This issue may cause unstable engine operation,high
exhaust temperature and power loss.As it get serious,a sequence of safety
issues may happen such as intercooler damage and air intake explosion.The
solution for engine anti-fireback is one of the major diffeculties to promote
development and utilization.The paper analyzes the causes that lead fireback in
coking gas engine,presents its structure and working principle of anti-fireback
cylinder and its related design,and accordingly,give an analysis on the effects
of technology of anti-fireback cylinder.
