摘要:液压挺杆经常出现卡死、异响、单向阀关闭不严、泄沉过程异常、底面过度磨损等故障。卡死分中部卡死和底部卡死两种情况,中部卡死是由于杂质卡住;底部卡死是由于壳体形状误差太大造成的。异响可能是液压挺杆内部存在空气引起,也可能是其内部组装件断裂引起,还有可能是卡死造成异响。单向阀关闭不严的原因有杂质和密封带缺陷两种。泄沉过程异常有:泄沉时间过长或过短和泄沉过程不稳定两种情况。影响泄沉时间的因素有配合间隙、试验温度、试验用油的粘度;影响泄沉过程稳定的因素有壳体内孔形状误差和杂质。壳体底部的硬度和碳化物含量决定液压挺杆的耐磨性能。

Abstract: Hdraulic valve tappet often
suffers these failures like sticking,abnormal noise and excessive wear.Impurity
causes sticking in the mid area and excessive structure distortion results in
the valve sticking in the bottom,and abnormal noise from the air in the
hydraulic tappet,parts damage or part sticking.Fitting clearance,test
temperature,oil density,housing structure clearance as well as impurity may
cause sinking.Bottom housing hardness and carbon compound content wll have a
direct influence on wear performance of hydraulic tappet.
