摘要:本文从内燃机热平衡入手,应用内燃机能量贬值原理,分析了现用内燃机热量大量流失的根本原因在于气缸最高燃烧压力与曲柄连杆机构最大力臂系数远离,致使不能及时地、尽早尽快尽多地转化为机械功,从而退化为失去了做功能力,造成了排气温度的上升,增加了冷却水带走的热量。为改变内燃机这一结构原理上的缺陷,介绍了一种新型内燃机的结构原理,并分析了其气缸工作容积变化的规律。

Abstract: Under the principle of
energy depreciation of the internal combustion engine,the essential reasons of
energy depreciation in the current internal combustion engine are analyzed and
founded out through researches to heat balance of the internal combustion
engine,which are connected to this condition when the Max.combustion pressure
in the cylinder is far away from the coefficient of the Max.arm of force of
connection rods,consequently,heat energy fails to be converted into mechanical
power sufficiently at right time,causing higher exhaust temperature and heat
loss which is absorbed by the cooling water.As for defects of the structural
principle in internal combustion engine,a new structural principle of internal
combustion engine is described in this paper for this purpose to analyze of the
variety law of cylinder working volume.
