摘要:在机械加工中，保证活塞各部位的精度是提高发动机性能的关键环节。特别是保证在活塞加工中的几个各项工差要求最严的工序加工精度是活塞加工中的关键中的关键点。这几个工序分别是精车止口工序、精车环槽工序、精镗销孔工序和精车外圆工序。下面分别就这四个关键工序在加工中注意的问题进行探讨。

Abstract: The key point to improve engine performance is to ensure the accuracy of all parts of the piston in machining. Especially to guarantee the precision of the process that tolerance is more severe is the top priority. the process that tolerance severe are extractive marching the front edge, extractive marching ring groove, extractive boring pin hole and extractive marching excircle. The following were discussed on attention problems in the processing of the four key processes.
