摘要:本文首先概述了雾化电晕放电净化烟气中颗粒物的基本原理,在此基础上提出了一种加氨雾化电晕放电法净化船舶柴油机烟气的实验设计。这种烟气净化方法在以往雾化电晕放电净化炭粒的基础上,使烟气中的NOx和SO2在一定条件下与氨反应生成铵盐颗粒,从而达到净化他们的目的。最后设计实验不同的反应温度和氨水浓度分别对NOx、SO2净化效率的影响。

Abstract:First this paper outlines the basic principle of particles cleaning in flue gas by atomizing corona discharge,and advances a experimental design on marine diesel engine flue gas cleaning by ammonia water atomizing corona discharge based on the principle.In this kind of flue gas cleaning method,we can achieve cleaning NOx and SO2 based on exsisting method of cleaning carbon particles by atomizing corona discharge,as they can be transfered to ammonium salt particles by reaction with the ammonia under certain conditions .Finally we design an experiment on analyzing the influence on NOx and SO2 cleaning efficiency by different reaction temperatures and concentrations of ammonia water.
