摘要 柴油机的性能指标表现在多方面,比如动力性、经济性和排放性能。为了开发出满足用户需求的性能最佳的电控柴油机,需要对可能影响柴油机性能的多个参数进行详细的标定工作,即ECU数据标定。如何在ECU数据的标定中寻求一种良好的全局折衷,最终确定ECU的各种内部参数,是一项复杂的工作。在ECU数据标定过程中合理应用自动标定软件能够节省标定时间,简化标定流程。

Abstract:The engine performance can be evaluated in many aspects, such as power, economy and emission. In order to develop the engines with optimized performance to meet the users’ needs, multiple parameters influencing the engine performance need to be calibrated, i.e. ECU data calibration. How to make a good compromise in the various internal parameters to determine the final ECU date is a complex work. In the ECU data calibration, reasonably applying the Automatic-Calibration-Software can save calibration time, simplifies the calibration process.
