【摘要】 本文采用步进电机式怠速控制阀对一台天然气发动机进行怠速控制,采用THB6128芯片控制步进电机,设计了怠速及过渡过程的控制策略。实验结果表明:通过对步进电机开环控制可使发动机从暖机工况快速平滑地过渡到怠速工况;通过闭环控制可使怠速转速最低稳定在550~600r/min;急减速时发动机可以平滑进入怠速工况。

【Abstract】 In this paper,idle speed of a
natural gas engine was controlled by idle control valve with a stepper
motor.The stepper motor was controlled by THB6128.The control strategies of
idle speed and transition process were developed.The experimental results
showed that the engine could get to operate from warm engine condition to idle
condition quickly and smoothly under open-loop control and the lowest idle
speed could be stabilized among 550 to 600r/min under the close-loop
