【摘要】 通过对船用柴油机相继增压电磁阀流道的数值仿真计算,得到电磁阀进、出口压力差对其流量的影响,以及可压缩气体在流道内的压力分布。使用Pro/E软件建立电磁阀的三维实体模型,以ASCII形式导出,同时导入到GAMBIT,建立电磁阀流道的三维计算模型;利用FLUENT软件进行可压缩气体在流道内的流场模拟,对模拟结果进行分析。通过对电磁阀流动特性的数值模拟研究可为改善蝶阀气动控制系统的启闭特性提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Through the numerical
simulation of electromagnetic valve on the marine diesel engine sequential
turbocharging,the influence of flow-rating about the electromagnetic valve and
the pressure distribution of compressed gas in the flow were gotten.The
three-dimensional computational model of electromagnetic valve is built by
