【摘要】 发动机的齿轮系,主要的功能是将曲轴的旋转运动,按一定的方向和传动比,传递到发动机各辅助系统,用以驱动凸轮轴、机油泵、输油泵、水泵等附件工作。齿轮铜套装配加工质量不能得到保证,同轴度差就会造成齿轮间的啮合间隙不均匀,运转噪声大。冷态下局部过小间隙还会造成热膨胀状态下无间隙而使铜套受损。通过对铜套车削和推削加工两种不同装配加工方法在效率、精度等方面的对比,证明了推削加工方法不但保证了铜套与齿轮的同轴度,提高了铜套的表面粗糙度,也提高了齿轮装配的工作效率。
