摘要:以涡轮增压器J92涡轮叶轮为研究对象,在不改变涡轮叶轮叶型的基础上,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对涡轮轮毂结构进行了优化。考虑了铸造工艺等因素,确定优化涡轮轮背结构。在减少涡轮叶轮重量的同时,提高转子的快速响应性。强度校核及寿命分析表明,结果满足使用要求。

Abstract: Based on the turbine wheel
of the J92 turbocharger,the hub is optimized using ANSYS of the Finite Element
Analysis software while the turbine profile is not modified.While considering
the casting technique,the paper determines to optimize the back structure of
the turbine wheel.The weight of the turbine wheel is reduced while the rotor
can response much better.The analysis on strength check and service life shows
that results may meet the requirements.
