摘要:本文对一起台架可靠性试验中的柴油机曲轴断裂故障,运用宏微观断口分析、金相组织检验、有限元计算等手段对断裂原因进行综合分析,结果表明:该曲轴断裂是典型的弯曲疲劳断裂,主要原因是制造过程问题,同时有必要增大凸台R角,进一步提高强度。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the
fracture failure of the diesel engine crankshaft during reliability test with
the macro and micro-fracture analysis,metallographic inspection,and finite
element analysis.The results show that the crankshaft fracture is typically
caused by fatigue,which is involved in manufacturing,and that it is necessary
to increase the R corner for strength improvement.
