摘要 本文以某六缸柴油机冷却水泵为研究对象, 利用计算流体力学CFD软件FLUENT,采用标准k-ε湍流模型和MRF多重参考系模型对冷却水泵的内流场进行了模拟分析,得到了水泵扬程, 压力和流速等性能参数的分布情况,并将计算结果与实验数据进行了对比,总体误差控制在5%以内。同时根据CFD计算结果,对水泵叶轮所承受轴向载荷进行了分析评估, 并提出了优化改进方案。实际应用, 效果良好。

Abstract: In this paper,
a six cylinder diesel engine cooling water pump is studied. With FLUENT of the
computational fluid dynamics CFD software, the standard k-ε turbulence model and the multiple
reference model, the flow filed of the water pump is simulated and analyzed and
the distribution of performance parameters of head, pressure and
velocity of the cooling pump is obtained. The comparison of the CFD analysis
results with the experimental data reveals that the tolerance is within 5%. On
the basis of CFD results, a analysis and assessment is done to the axial load
that the water pump impeller can withstand. This paper proposes the
optimization plan, which have been tested to have a perfect effect.
