摘要:本文通过利用流体仿真软件ANSYS CFX对12V190燃气发动机试验时配套的文丘里混合器内气体进行流场仿真分析,验证了该文丘里混合器的设计的可行性,对混合器出口燃气和空气的体积比例进行分析得出该文丘里混合器在实际情况下的空燃比,与发动机理论空燃比进行比较后进结构优化,使该混合器的空燃比和流量能满足发动机额定工况下运行需要。

Abstract:Through the simulation and
analysis of flow field of 12V190 test gas engine Venturi mixer by
using fluid simulation software ANSYS CFX, verify the feasibility of the design
of the Venturi mixer。Analysis the gas and air volume fraction at the Venturi
mixer export to obtain the air-fuel ratio in the actual
circumstances, compare with the theory of air engine air-fuel ratio then to
structure optimization, make the air-fuel ratio and flow of the Venturi mixer
can meet the engine operation in rated condition.
