摘要:针对北京京Ⅴ排放法规,本文在一台WP7柴油机上应用进气节流阀、低温SCR催化系统和多次喷射技术,采用自动标定软件对柴油机的进气节流阀开度、尿素喷射量及喷油策略等参数进行了优化。使得燃油消耗在最优情况下,排放达到京Ⅴ排放法规。

Abstract In order to meet Beijing-Ⅴemission rules, this article
studies a WP7 diesel engine that are equipped with an intake throttle valve and
a low temperature SCR system and are applied with multiple injection
technology. Through the automatic setting software, the diesel engine
parameters related to the opening of intake throttle, the urea injected amount
and the fuel injection strategy are optimized. Consuming the fuel under best
values, eventually, the engine meets the Beijing-Ⅴemission rules.
