摘要:为了寻求低成本的VE分配泵供油量电子控制方案,并且保持VE分配泵体积小、重量轻的优势,采用步进电机作为执行器,对本公司生产的VE分配泵进行了电控化改造。通过将电控VE分配泵和改造前的机械泵分别安装在493QZ增压柴油机上,并与装在原机上的样品泵进行了外特性对比试验。试验结果表明,电控VE分配泵的动力性、经济性、排放指标以及工作稳定性皆明显优于普通VE分配泵。随后进行的冷拖可靠性试验也表明,该执行器具备长期工作的可靠性。

Abstract: In order to seek electronic
control scheme with low cost for the fuel supply quantity in a distributor type
VE pump, and maintain advantages of small size and light weight of the
distributor type VE pump, the electronically controlled reformation for the
distributor type VE pump produced by our company was performed using stepper
motor as the actuator. An electronically controlled VE pump and an original
mechanical pump were installed respectively on a 493QZ turbocharged diesel
engine, and the engine external characteristic test was carried out on the same
engine installed with the sample pump. The test results show that, working
stability and power index, economic index, emission index of the electronic
controlled distributor type VE pump are better than that of common distributor
type VE pump. The dragging reliability test at cold state also indicates that,
the actuator has long-term work reliability.
