    摘要：柴油机在试验过程中出现凸轮轴正时齿轮螺栓断裂故障，本文主要从空压机、柴油机扭振和振动、螺栓和被连接件本身质量三个可能导致螺栓断裂的因素进行分析，提出改进建议及预防措施。

    Abstract：According to the facts that bolts applied in the camshaft timing gear of diesel engines are broken during test, the paper analyzes the factors that may lead to bolt fracture from these aspects of  air compressor，torsional vibration and vibration, quality of bolts and the connecting parts, finally，proposes the preventive and corrective measures.
