摘要:本文目的是缩短试车时间,提高效率,解决生产试车台架需求。利用磨损分析技术,研究磨合过程中的磨损情况,将磨损较小的工况点缩短时间或者剔除,抽取了A、B、C三种机型,磨合时间分别为45min、50min、220min,最终缩短为40min、45min、125min。

Abstract: The article aims to shorten
the time that the engine takes on test so as to improve application efficiency
of test benches. Based on the wear analyzing technology, the article studies
the wear process, then shortens or deletes the time on weak wear states. Three
models of engines, that are A, B and C, are selected. The running-in time of
45min, 50min and 220min is optimized to 40min,45min and125min respectively.
