摘要:为了得到某型汽油机进气道的性能,本文通过模拟计算和试验两种方法对该气道进行研究。模拟分析采用AVL Fire软件,试验采用涡流动量计法和激光粒子图像法。模拟分析和试验两种方法均计算得到九个工况点下气道的流量系数和滚流比。结果表明:模拟分析可以得到较准确的流量系数值,滚流比值有待进一步提高。模拟计算和激光粒子图像法均可以准确地得出各个截面的速度分布。

Abstract: In this paper, we study the
intake port through simulation and test, in order to get the performance of a
gasoline port. Simulation is based on AVL Fire, and test is based on the method
of swirl flow meter and laser particle image. We obtain the flow coefficient
and tumble ratio at nine different valve lifts through simulation and test.
Results shows that it can obtain accurate flow coefficient through simulation,
but the tumble of simulation remains to be further improved. We can get the
velocity distribution accurately of each section through simulation and laser
particle image methods.
