某柴油机控制阀泄漏故障仿真分析

摘要:为解决某柴油机在试验过程中出现的涡轮增压器高温压缩空气泄漏导致台架连接胶管变形及损坏的故障,通过有限元分析方法对进气控制阀的结构设计合理性进行评估,并对控制阀进行热变形分析,结合流体仿真方法对控制阀阀体与阀片漏气量进行分析,评估设计间隙的大小,结果表明进气控制阀阀片与阀体间隙设计过大是高温压缩气体倒吸故障的原因,同时也验证该仿真计算方法的准确性,可用于指导控制阀正向开发设计。

leakage fault of a diesel engine control valve

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of deformation and
damage of the connecting rubber tube of the bench caused by the leakage of
hightemperature compressed air from the turbocharger during the test of a
diesel engine, the structural design rationality of the intake control valve is
evaluated by finite element analysis, and the thermal deformation analysis of
the control valve is conducted. The air leakage of the control valve body and
the valve plate is analyzed by combining the fluid simulation method, and the
size of the design gap is evaluated. The results show that the clearance
between the inlet control valve and the valve body is too large, which is the
reason of the high temperature compressed gas backdraft fault. At the same
time, it also verifies the accuracy of the simulation calculation method, which
can be used to guide the future development and design of the control valve.
