摘要:为解决某V型发动机在耐久试验中出现的高压油管接头螺纹损坏及管夹夹片断裂问题,对高压油管进行有限元分析和噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(noise vibration harshness,NVH)测试,确认主要原因为高压油管管系与发动机本体产生共振。通过缩短高压油管长度、增加管夹固定等结构优化使油管的激振频率避开了发动机的共振频率,并对优化后的高压油管进行模态分析和NVH振动试验。结果表明:优化后高压油管一阶固有频率由278 Hz提高到412 Hz,振动烈度由480 mm/s降低到176 mm/s,避开了与发动机的共振频率区域,优化后的高压油管系统满足NVH振动要求。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of
high pressure fuel pipe joint thread damage and pipe clamp fracture in the
durability test of a V-type engine, finite element analysis and noise vibration
harshness (NVH) test of the high-pressure oil pipe are carried out. It is shown
that the main reason is the resonance between the high pressure pipe system and
the engine block.By shortening the length of the high-pressure fuel pipe and
increasing the fixing of the pipe clamp, the exciting frequency of the fuel
pipe can avoid the resonance frequency of the engine.The NVH vibration test of
the optimized system is performed. The results show that after optimization,
the first-order natural frequency of the high-pressure fuel pipe is increased
from 278 Hz to 412 Hz, and the vibration intensity is reduced from 480 mm/s to
176 mm/s, which can avoid the resonant frequency region with the engine, and
the optimized high-pressure pipe system meets the NVH vibration requirements.
