摘要:为了研究柴油机灰分积累过多对颗粒捕集器(diesel particulate filter,DPF)压降的影响,采用提高机油耗、燃烧器快速积灰、模拟灰分、机油掺烧和进气管滴油5种不同快速积灰方式,测量DPF压降,与台架耐久试验及整车试验件对比分析。结果表明:提高机油耗的灰分分布和DPF压降与整车试验件最为近似,积灰时间缩短50%;燃烧器快速积灰方式压降小幅度高于整车试验件;模拟灰分在低灰载量时压降接近整车试验件,在高灰分量时压降略低于整车试验件;机油掺烧和进气管滴油2种快速方式产生的灰分压降大幅度高于整车试验件。

Abstract:In order to study the effect on the pressure drop of excessive accumulation of ash in diesel particulate filter (DPF), five different rapid ash deposition models,inchuding increase oil consumption, rapid ash deposition through the burner, simulated ash, oil blending and oil dripping in the intake pipe, are used to measure the pressure drop characteristics, and compared with the bench durability test and the vehicle test. The results show that the ash distribution and DPF pressure drop for increasing oil consumption are the closest to those of the vehicle test, and the ash deposition time is shortened by 50%. The pressure drop of the burner rapid ash deposition method is slightly higher than that of the vehicle test. The pressure drop at lower load is close to that of the vehicle test, and slightly lower than that of the vehicle test when the ash content is high. The ash pressure drop produced by the two fast methods of oil blending and oil dripping from the intake pipe is much higher than that of the vehicle test. The research could provide valuable references for the optimal control of DPF.
