摘要:为快速准确地开发发动机动力总成悬置系统,以发动机4点悬置布置方式为例,对原地怠速、原地升速、路试一挡急加速、路试二挡急加速4种常见工况进行加速度时域、频域及300 Hz滤波分析,并与动力总成合成质心加速度道路载荷谱计算结果对比。结果表明:质心加速度受低频影响较大,不同悬置方式平均载荷比约为40%,该方法可有效用于采集发动机质心加速度,对发动机信号采样、滤波及有限元载荷的提取分析有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:In order to develop the engine powertrain mounting system quickly and accurately, taking the 4point mounting arrangement of the engine as an example,four common types, idling, acceleration on the spot, rapid acceleration in the first gear on the road test, and rapid acceleration in the second gear are investigated on the road test. The acceleration time domain, frequency domain and 300 Hz filtering analysis are carried out under the above conditions, and compared with the calculation results of the road load spectrum on the center mass acceleration of the powertrain. The results show that the centroid acceleration is greatly affected by low frequency, and the average load ratio of different mounting methods is about 40%. This method can be effectively used to collect the engine centroid acceleration, and has a certain reference for engine signal sampling, filtering and finite element load extraction and analysis.
