摘要:对天然气重卡在冬季寒区运行时普遍存在起动困难的问题进行分析,确定起动困难的主要原因为发动机气缸内残留水蒸气过多,冷凝结冰导致火花塞无法点火。设计天然气发动机停机怠速自动排气控制策略,实现天然气发动机停机自动排气。实车测试结果表明:相同条件下,同一车辆再次起动成功率明显优于改善前,天然气发动机停机怠速自动排气控制策略切实可行,可为解决同类型故障提供参考。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of the market feedback that the natural gas heavy truck generally has the problem of starting in cold winter, it is determined that the main reason for this problem is that there is too much residual water vapor in the engine cylinder and the spark plug cannot ignite due to condensation and icing. An automatic exhaust control strategy of natural gas engine idle and shutdown is designed. The real vehicle test results show that under the same conditions, the restart success rate of the same vehicle is significantly improved. The natural gas engine shutdown idle automatic exhaust control strategy is practical and feasible, which also provides a reference for solving the same type of faults.
