摘要:为避免铝合金散热管过早腐蚀穿孔泄漏冷却液,提高散热器的使用寿命,研究阴极防腐法和长寿命合金在散热器防腐中的应用。通过对散热器进行电位测量、循环酸性海水试验及金相观察等方法验证散热器的耐蚀性。结果表明:设计合适的散热带和散热管电位差可以有效避免散热管发生腐蚀泄漏,满足整车腐蚀耐久要求;在维持适当的电位差下,采用长寿命合金散热管的散热器拥有更优异的耐腐蚀性能。本研究可为散热管和散热带的材料选择提供参考。

Abstract:In order to avoid premature corrosion, perforation and leakage of coolant of aluminum alloy radiator tube and improve the service life of radiator, the application of cathodic anti-corrosion method and long-life alloy in radiator anti-corrosion is studied. The corrosion resistance of the radiator is verified by potential measurement, acidified synthetic sea water(fog) test and metallographic observation. The results show that the proper design of the potential difference between the heat exchange fin and tube can effectively avoid the corrosion leakage and meet the corrosion durability requirements of the whole vehicle. Under the condition of maintaining appropriate potential difference, the radiator made of long-life alloy heat exchange tube material has better corrosion resistance. This paper can provide a reference for the material selection of heat exchange tube and fin.
