Abstract：In order to avoid premature corrosion, perforation and leakage of coolant of aluminum alloy radiator tube and improve the service life of radiator, the application of cathodic anti-corrosion method and long-life alloy in radiator anti-corrosion is studied. The corrosion resistance of the radiator is verified by potential measurement, acidified synthetic sea water(fog) test and metallographic observation. The results show that the proper design of the potential difference between the heat exchange fin and tube can effectively avoid the corrosion leakage and meet the corrosion durability requirements of the whole vehicle. Under the condition of maintaining appropriate potential difference, the radiator made of long-life alloy heat exchange tube material has better corrosion resistance. This paper can provide a reference for the material selection of heat exchange tube and fin.
