摘要:对比分析Cu基钎焊不锈钢机油冷却器和非Cu基钎焊不锈钢机油冷却器材料的力学性能和传热性能,试验分析Cu基和非Cu基钎焊不锈钢机油冷却器的换热性和可靠性,并对不同钎焊材料的机油冷却器的制造工艺、经济性和市场应用进行分析。结果表明:Cu基钎焊不锈钢机油冷却器的力学性能、传热性能、可靠性、工艺性、经济性及市场应用均优于非Cu基钎焊不锈钢机油冷却器。该对比分析可以为内燃机用机油冷却器设计提供参考。

Abstract:A comparative analysis on the mechanical and heat transfer properties is made between copperbased brazed oil cooler and noncopperbased brazed oil cooler. The heat transfer performance and reliability of them are analyzed through experiments. The manufacturing process, economy and market application of the oil cooler with different brazed materials are also analyzed. The results show that copperbased brazed oil cooler is superior to noncopperbased brazed oil cooler in mechanical property, heat transfer property, reliability, process property, economy and market application, which provides a certain reference for the design of oil cooler for internal combustion engine.
